This document contains the Terms and Conditions of the service we provide. please take some time to review this. Use of our cleaning services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions relating to this agreement please contact us.
Terms and Conditions
company name appreciates your business and knows how important your home is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Terms and Conditions.

Cleaning services
- All bookings/reservations for cleaning services are made on these Terms and Conditions only to the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions, whether written or oral.
- Subject to the Terms and Conditions, company name agrees to provide residential cleaning services (the "Service") to the Customer at an address specified by the Customer (the "Premises").
- The Service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed with the Customer at the time of booking/reservation.
- company name will provide one or more cleaners (the "Cleaner") to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and date mutually agreed between company name and the Customer (the "Service Time").
- company name endeavors to provide the Service faithfully, diligently and in a timely and professional manner.

Additional services
- Any changes to the Service to be provided must be agreed by company name prior to the Service Time.
- Special requests for additional services should be made 2 days before the service day. This ensures that we reserve the extra time we need in order to provide time for the additional service needed and that we can set up payment agreed. However, we may be able to accommodate these on the service day. Please call our office and leave a written note with signature, and we will invoice you accordingly.
- If the Customer requires any additional services or variations at the time the Service is being performed, the Customer must first contact company name by telephone, who may agree to provide the additional services in its absolute discretion. The Cleaner is not authorized to agree to any changes to the Service being provided. The Customer must not request such changes directly from the Cleaner.

Customer responsibilities
- The Customer will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaner to perform the Service.
- The Cleaner will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises requiring the Service.
- The Customer will provide the Cleaner with access to all services and utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins) as required by the Cleaner to provide the Service.
- The Customer will provide all usual and necessary cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, brush and broom etc.) and materials (detergents, solutions, towels, cloths, gloves) required by the Cleaner to provide the Service, unless other arrangements have been made with company name.
- All cleaning equipment and materials provided by the Customer must be safe to operate, have not been tampered with and are in full working order and must not require any special skills to be used for the purpose of cleaning.
- If the Customer has equipment that is complicated to operate, the Customer must provide clear and detailed instructions to the Cleaner.
- The Customer will advise company name prior to the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime at the Premises.
- The Customer will secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewelery, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental value prior to the Service.
The Customer should warrants that:

Safety
- The Cleaner is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises;
- The Cleaner may, either before or during the Service, not use or cease using any materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Customer if the Cleaner thinks, in their absolute discretion, that the use of such materials or cleaning equipment poses a risk to health and safety.
- In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances like the refrigerator, oven, bookshelf. sofa or other furniture. Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.
In addition to the obligations and warranties set out above, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

No engagement of cleaners
- The Customer acknowledges that company name invests significant resources in recruiting, selecting and training its Cleaners. Unless company name gives prior written permission, the Customer must not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ or contract with any Cleaner to provide residential services to the Customer or any associate of the customer for any period during which services are provided by company name or for a period within 12 months after the conclusion of any Service.
- The Customer acknowledges that company name may suffer loss and damage, including, without limitation consequential loss, as a result of a breach of this clause by the Customer.

Quotations
- Any price quoted by company name is an estimate only based on company name's experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer. Subject to this clause, quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote.
- If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by company name, company name will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the Service, or pay the quoted amount without the Service being completed.
- The Customer must inform company name whether any cleaning services required are for an 'end of tenancy' at the time of quotation.

Appointments
- The Customer may book an appointment either in person, by telephone, by email or on the company name web site.
- company name provides all quotations at the time of booking. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
- The Customer agrees to provide company name with their valid credit card details at the time of booking, and authorizes company name to debit any card with an amount equal to any service and/or cancellation fees that may apply under this Terms and Conditions.
- company name reserves the right not to accept a reservation for any reason.

Payment
- All prices are subject to change and are currently subject to GST. Existing customers will be given 30 days notice of any price changes.
- The Customer agrees to pay the price quoted by company name in full prior to or at the Service Time, unless otherwise agreed in advance with company name.
- If no payment has been made by the Service Time, company name will contact the Customer immediately for payment arrangements or reschedule your appointment. In the event that company name cannot contact the Customer or payment is not made by the Service Time, the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the Service, and the Customer must pay any cancellation fees or charges due set out in Appointments
- Regular/basic cleaning(daily or weekly) customers may pay by cash, cheque, or credit card. Credit card payments can only be made through PayPal. One-time Cleaning and move-out/in cleaning customers may pay by cash or credit card. Credit card payments can only be made through PayPal.
- Cheque payments should be made payable to company name.

GST
- Unless specified otherwise, all prices and quotations are expressed to be GST exclusive amounts.
- If GST is payable in respect of any thing supplied to the Customer under this Terms and Conditions, then the amount which the Customer is obliged to pay for that supply (Original Amount) will (subject to the receipt of a valid tax invoice) be grossed up so that company name receives an amount which, after subtracting the GST liability of company name, results in company name retaining the Original Amount.

Late payment fee
- Where company name has agreed to invoice the Customer for payment of fees after the Service has been completed, the Customer agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 7 days of the invoice date.
- The Customer agrees that if company name has not received payment in full for the Service within one calendar month of the original invoice date then a late payment fee of $15 applies for the first month. Interest will be charged on the fixed rate of 10% per annual on each day that any amount remains outstanding thereafter.
- In addition to the amounts set out above, the Customer agrees to indemnify company name for all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by company name in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Customer) arising out of a breach of these Terms and Conditions including the failure by the Customer to pay an amount by the due date.

Complaints
- a partial or full refund;
- re-supply of the Service without charge;
- such other remedy as deemed appropriate by company name.
If the Customer is dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided, it must inform company name within 24 hours of completion of the Service. company name strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Subject to this Terms and Conditions, company name may, at its discretion, offer the Customer either of the following:

Exclusions and limitations
- company name is not responsible for:
- not completing or providing the Service as a result of a breach of a warranty by the Customer in this Terms and Conditions (including a failure by the Customer to provide proper materials, cleaning equipment, utility services, a safe working environment or unencumbered access to the Premises); or
- any damages caused by defective cleaning materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Customer;
- not completing or providing the Service as a result of the Cleaner not proceeding for health and safety reasons under this Terms and Conditions;
- any loss or damage incurred by the Customer or any third party, being any event beyond the reasonable control of company name;
- not completing or providing the Service due to an act or omission of the Customer or any other person at the Premises during provision of the Service;
- existing dirt, wear, damage or stains that can not be completely cleaned or removed;
- any wear or discoloring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt has been removed;
- any loss incurred as a result of any breakage or damage to goods, items of value (including antiques, items of sentimental value) or the Premises; or
- the cost of any key replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by company name or the Cleaner.
- Except as provided in this Terms and Conditions, all conditions and warranties implied by law in respect of the state, quality or condition of the Service which may apart from this Terms and Conditions be binding on company name are excluded.
- The Customer acknowledges that the results of any services provided may vary depending on a number of factors (including materials used, equipment provided, time elapsed since Premises was last cleaned, and nature of cleaning required), and that company name gives no guarantee as to the actual results of the Service.
- Except to the extent provided in this Terms and Conditions, company name has no liability (including liability in negligence) to any person for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, suffered or incurred by that person in relation to the products or services provided by company name (including any loss caused by, or resulting directly or indirectly from, any failure, defect or deficiency or any kind of or in the products used or services provided by company name).

Indemnity
- all losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of the Service including all losses or liabilities caused as a result of a breach of the warranties of the Customer set out in this Terms and Conditions; and
- all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by company name in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceeding (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal and including any action taken for the recovery of a debt from the Customer).
The Customer indemnifies company name against:

Accidents, breakage, damage and theft
- We will treat your home with the greatest of care. Please inform us of any items that are irreplaceable, so that we can make special arrangements for care.
- The Customer must inform company name of any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property or theft has occurred due to any act of the Cleaner within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Customer is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if the incident is not reported to company name within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
- To the extent permitted by law, damage or loss to the following items is specifically excluded from the liability of company name under these Terms and Conditions: cash, jewelery, art, antiques, and items of sentimental value.
- company name undertakes to provide absolute security for your keys at all times. In the unlikely event of any keys being lost by company name, we will make appropriate arrangements as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellation/non delivery of services and fees
- If your scheduled service day falls on a public holiday, then this clean will be canceled and you should contact us to re-arrange an alternative date.
- company name will do our best to arrive on time at your home. Please note, since is not possible to guarantee a specific time when our Cleaners will arrive in your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs. We schedule a window time of 2 hours. You may request an am or pm time slot.
- The Customer must provide company name with at least 48 hours notice prior to the Service Time, if they wish to suspend, postpone or cancel the Service for any reason.
- In the event that such notice has been given, company name will endeavor to reschedule the Service if required.
- In the event that the Customer does not provide 48 hours notice prior to the Service, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 hours cleaning (inclusive of GST) for administrative costs and loss.
- A full refund of payments made by the Customer; or
- Offer to reschedule the Service at another time mutually agreed between the Customer and company name.
If a Cleaner fails to attend the Premises within 1 hour of the Service Time and does not provide the requested Service, company name will provide the Customer with either:
- Fee for non-access to premises
In the event that the Customer does not provide unencumbered access the Premises for company name or its Cleaners to provide the Service, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 hours cleaning (inclusive of GST) for administrative and travel costs.

Termination
- The Customer may terminate the cleaning contract by giving 30 days prior notice. The company name may terminate the cleaning contract by providing the Customer with at least 30 days notice prior to the last Service Time.
- The Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 hours cleaning (inclusive of GST) if:
- No notice is given;
- The Customer provides a termination notice 15 days or less prior to the last Service Time.
- company name may terminate the cleaning contract with immediate effect if the Customer is in breach of this Terms and Conditions, and in the opinion of company name, that breach is incapable of remedy.

Privacy policy
- The Customer acknowledges that any information provided by the Customer may be used by company name for the purpose of providing the Service. company name agrees not to share any information provided by the Customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service (unless required to do so by law).
- The Customer agrees to company name communicating with them electronically and/or via other means in order to provide the Service or for reasons related to the provision of the Service.
- company name will take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information provided by the Customer from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Changes to this Terms and Conditions
- company name reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and may do so by publishing an updated Terms and Conditions on its web site. Each updated Terms and Conditions will take effect 24 hours after it has been published on the web site.
- The Customer agrees that any use of the Service following any such change, whether as a single job or as part of a regular cleaning schedule, constitutes their agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We respect your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a personalized shopping experience.
- What information do we collect?
When you register as a Customer, you submit your name, email address and country. This information allows us to fulfill your orders and to contact you if the need arises. All customer information stored on our servers about you can be accessed or modified by you at any time by logging into My Account with your email address and password.
- Will you disclose this Information?
No! Never! Your private information is too precious to share with anyone. Information gathered on this site is NEVER made available to third party vendors and NEVER sold to mailing list distributors.
- Email Notifications
When you register as a Customer, you will receive an automated email containing your Customer Log In details. When you purchase products from us, you will/may receive an automated receipt by email. We only email you in person if we need to clarify details about your order or if we are responding to your questions or queries.
- Email Communications and Newsletters
We send out occasional email newsletters to our customers. Our newsletters contain information about new products, special promotions, product updates, discounts and unique offers. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
- Credit and Debit Card Information
As we use secure third party payment processors like PayPal to process credit card and debit card orders, we do not have any access to your credit card information at all. When you make a purchase at this website, you are transferred to the secure servers of our payment processors. No credit card information is ever stored in our site database.
- Cookie Usage, Security and Safe Shopping
This website uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do NOT contain any of your private information; they serve only to store items in your Shopping Basket or to recognize you as a registered Customer when you Log In or access your Account. This prevents unauthorized users from accessing your private information. We reserve the right to modify these policies for any reason at any time.
